Part of State Superintendent Thurmond’s Transforming Schools initiative, the California Community School Partnership Program (CCSPP) is a state-wide opportunity that can help fund your initial transformation to become a Community School. With limited cohorts and competitive grant awards available, we can help you maximize this opportunity for the benefit of your students, families, staff, and community.

With grant opportunities that included a planning and an implementation phases, this is an opportunity that can fit your needs and meet you where you are at, and Community School Consultations is here to help you on your elevation to new heights!

Our relevant experience

Our team has direct and professional experience with two successful planning grants and multiple cohorts of implementation grants, accessing millions in CCSPP funds available for qualifying Local Education Agencies (LEA’s).

These successes led to inquiries, visits, and consultations with LEA’s in several counties across southern California, including: San Diego county, Imperial county, Orange county, San Bernardino county, Riverside county and Los Angeles county.

After receiving several additional requests for Community School consulting support, Community Schools Consultations was established to offer additional services to additional partners, all striving to elevate their communities.

Additional CCSPP support

In addition to support with CCSPP planning and implementation grant applications, we have successful experience with strategic timelines, Needs-Gap Assessments, implementation plans, Annual Progress Reports (APRs), budget proposal and allowable expenditures and much more, including maximizing local match funds (to help meet the require LEA 33%).
